Refund and Cancellation Policy of Traditional Naturals

At Traditional Naturals Pvt Ltd, we take immense pride in the purity, quality, and authenticity of our Ayurvedic formulations. We carefully inspect and securely package every order before it leaves our Agartala headquarters. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur, and we are here to assist you with a seamless resolution.

1. Order Cancellation

     

      • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched. Simply reach out to us via our WhatsApp Support or Email. The full amount will be refunded.

      • After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled.

    2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

    Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of authentic Ayurvedic wellness products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges on opened or used items. However, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund under the following conditions:

       

        • You received a damaged or leaked product.

        • You received an incorrect item.

        • The product has passed its expiry date at the time of delivery.

      3. The Return Process (How to Claim)

      To initiate a return or replacement for a damaged/incorrect item, please follow these simple steps:

         

          1. Notify Us: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

          1. Provide Proof: Share an unboxing video and clear photographs of the product, the shipping label, and the invoice.

          1. Resolution: Send the media to our WhatsApp Customer Care or email us at Support@traditionalnatural.com. Our expert team will review the request and approve the replacement or refund within 24-48 hours.

        4. Refund Processing

           

            • Once your refund is approved, the amount will be strictly credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 5-7 business days.

            • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you to securely transfer the refund via UPI or Bank Transfer.
