1. Logistics Partner

To ensure a world-class delivery experience, we have partnered with Shiprocket, India’s leading logistics aggregator. This allows us to utilize premium courier services such as Delhivery, BlueDart, and XpressBees to reach every corner of the country.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Processing: Every order is carefully inspected and packed at our Agartala headquarters within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Dispatch: Orders are dispatched from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timelines

While we strive for the fastest delivery possible, the estimated time of arrival depends on your location:

  • Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
  • North-East India: Since we are based in Agartala, our local customers may experience even faster delivery times (2–4 business days).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A nominal shipping fee may apply based on the order value and weight, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above a certain value (as specified on our website during promotions).

5. Real-Time Order Tracking

Transparency is a hallmark of a premium brand. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email. You can use this link to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

6. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address or the unavailability of the recipient, it will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping such orders may incur additional shipping charges.

7. Damaged During Transit

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement.
